Associate Product Manager
Remote (U.S.) — Full Time
The Cari Network is building a blockchain-based payment system powering real-time, 24/7 movement of digital money across the traditional finance and digital asset ecosystems. A pre-launch startup, we’re creating an entirely new category of financial infrastructure that brings cash on-chain through tokenization while powering the full spectrum of payments for our network — banks and, most importantly, the customers they serve.
About the Role
You’ll own hands-on, end-to-end execution for defined areas of the platform, supporting the Product team and partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement our vision into a best-in-class, on-chain payment network. You'll apply your judgment, structured writing, and analytical rigor to problems in digital payments and banking, while gaining experience in the domain. You won't have existing products to iterate on. This role is for those seeking how to build a product from 0>1 on a platform real banks are integrating against before it launches.
What You'll Do
Support requirements definition for key product areas in our platform, from problem definition through release
Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that Engineering can build from
Maintain the backlog: keep tickets scoped, current, and correctly prioritized, and retire the ones that no longer reflect where the product is going
Reconcile designs, requirements, and implementation against each other before and after build, and drive discrepancies to resolution
Plan and run user acceptance testing, then track defects through to close
Analyze product and usage data to support prioritization decisions, and bring the numbers rather than the argument
Conduct user research and partner interviews to surface pain points and validate requirements
Produce the documentation our partner banks depend on: integration guides, release notes, and test scenarios
Build working relationships across internal Cari teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance) to inform product design and ship features to market
Help evaluate competitive landscape and emerging trends in digital payments and blockchain
