The Cari Network is building a blockchain-based payment system powering real-time, 24/7 movement of digital money across the traditional finance and digital asset ecosystems. We're creating an entirely new category of financial infrastructure that brings cash on chain through tokenization while powering the full spectrum of payments for our network—banks, digital asset market participants, and, most importantly, the customers they serve.

About the Role

We're looking for a driven, full-cycle Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our HR team. You'll own the end-to-end hiring process across all business functions, with a heavy emphasis on engineering, operations and product talent. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and brings deep networks across the blockchain, financial technology and banking space.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions

  • Source, engage, and pipeline passive and active talent across blockchain, fintech, and banking verticals

  • Partner closely with the HR Director and hiring managers to develop job scopes, interview frameworks, and hiring criteria

  • Partner with external recruiters to support specialized and niche hiring initiatives

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and networks especially within the blockchain, fintech and banking communities

  • Drive a best-in-class candidate experience from first touch through offer

  • Manage and optimize ATS workflows, recruiting metrics, and reporting

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Cari at industry events, on LinkedIn, and within relevant professional networks

  • Help shape and evolve recruiting processes as the company scales

Qualifications

  • U.S.-based with an ability to travel up to 25%

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success hiring in fintech, blockchain, or banking environments

  • Proven ability to recruit technical and engineering talent

  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions simultaneously in a startup or high-growth environment

  • Must have experience evaluating talent and shaping a hiring process

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
