Analyst, Business Operations

Remote (U.S.) — Full Time

The Cari Network is building a blockchain-based payment system powering real-time, 24/7 movement of digital money across the traditional finance and digital asset ecosystems. A pre-launch startup, we're creating an entirely new category of financial infrastructure that brings cash on chain through tokenization while powering the full spectrum of payments for our network—banks, digital asset exchanges, and, most importantly, the customers they serve.

About the Role

This is a generalist role within Business Operations for someone who wants broad scope across the company—working directly with our partner banks, coordinating with product and engineering on bank requests, keeping our cross-functional project plan on track, and contributing to the operating model as we scale.

This is a foundational hire on a small team. It suits someone who is organized, analytical, and wants to help build a company at the pre-launch stage.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities will evolve with the company, but core areas include:

  • Support partner bank engagements: Act as the day-to-day point of contact for questions coming in from partner banks. Triage and scope incoming requests, work with product, engineering, and compliance to develop responses, and prep analysis and materials for partner meetings.

  • Contribute to strategy and the operating model: Build the analyses and operating documents that inform how Cari runs and scales, across commercial, financial, and organizational decisions.

  • Own the cross-functional project plan: Maintain and drive the master project plan across business, product, legal, and engineering. Track milestones, surface blockers, and keep the team aligned through launch.

  • Run special projects: Own initiatives that may not fit any one function—market research, competitive analysis, process build-out, vendor evaluation, and similar work.

Qualifications

  • U.S.-based with an ability to travel

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Experience in financial services consulting, business operations, or a similar high-growth fintech roles

  • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, pre-launch startup environment

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation: salary and equity

  • Full medical, vision, dental benefits

  • 401(k) with matching program

  • Flexible vacation policy (PTO) and remote-first work environment
